The host's reflections
As professionals in people centered services, we are always learning & evolving.
Oftentimes in our efforts to share our learnings, to be the stable pillar for and help others, we lose our center.
As a newer coach I watch myself and many of my colleagues go off the rails. Trying to build our business and contribute meaningfully with our offers and services while remaining authentic and staying true to our values. It’s a challenge to keep the balance and we often feel so isolated in our efforts in this digital age.
We deserve to recharge our batteries, be in community and enjoy reinventing ourselves. In fact, our performance in the long run depends on that.
This May I’m inviting you to come together and visit me in one of my favorite places. I’m hosting an overnight hike to the peak of Mt. Olympus, Greece. There will also be quality time at sea level!
Do come! We would love to have you!
A retreat from us, for us.
Whether up on the mountain or down by the sea, the natural environment is a source of inspiration and healing. We will be spending time in both locations, to experience the best of both worlds.
The retreat is designed to be a time and space for people-centered professionals to relax, reflect, recharge and connect with kindred spirit professionals. Activities will be focused on self-care and development as well as community relationship building, with plenty of time to rest and enjoy the surroundings.
The retreat is invite-only, offering you the opportunity to engage with a remarkable and diverse group of like-minded individuals. If I’ve invited you, it's because I admire and like you and would love to stay connected over the years as we all pursue our own paths.
Apart from local Greek & Mediterranean cuisine options available - I will personally prepare 2 delicious feasts, using a traditional brick oven with the oversight and help of a special seasoned chef.
All fitness levels welcome. This is not a competition. The hike is planned so that we are challenged but remain safe and focused on what is most important: enjoyment and relationship building.
The chamois, wild goats that live in Alpine terrains in Europe, can be seen at the Plateau of Muses, surrounded by green and tranquility. Actual goats are not included in the retreat, but they are welcome to join!

Located in the northern part of mainland Greece, Mount Olympus is the mythical residence of the Greek Gods and currently a nature reserve and treasured hiking destination. Thanks to its high altitude, you can experience a variety of landscapes, from lush green forests and clear water streams to rocky terrains that resemble alpine scenery.
At the foothill of Mount Olympus, the town of Litochoro is home to quaint streets and traditional food. The views of the mountain are captivating, a timeless spectacle throughout the year. Nature and culture co-exist in perfect harmony in this peaceful place.
Last but not least, Plaka, a settlement by the sea, offers long beaches and clear waters suitable for swimming, only a few kilometers away from Litochoro and Mount Olympus. You can also find a plethora of food choices in taverns and restaurants.
